Follow the steps below to configure your PC and start browsing for free while it last.

Requirements
• your PC
• Psiphon handler for PC. Download HERE

How to browse for free on PC
• Lunch the Psiphon and go to Settings
• Upstream Proxy them set it as shown in the image below

• Hostname: 172.24.248.150 
• Port: 8080 
• Untick "don't use upstream proxy"
• Click on "apply changes"

Then go to your browser and configure it as shown below
• Tick "use system proxy settings"

Click on OK to save settings
That's all connect the Psiphon and enjoy your free browsing via PC.
